JAGRUTI RUBBER ENTERPRISE PVT. LTD., the leading Company in Mfg. & Trading of all purpose Conveyor Belt, was started by young and Dynamic technical team having more than a decades experience in the Year - 1983.
THE OBJECTIVE of the company was to manufacture, market and develop Conveyor Belting according to the specific requirements of particular industries, bringing in both quality and reliability built into them backed by unmatched service support. Respecting the demand & understanding the difficulties of importing special conveyor belts for replacement purpose, the company also took up the activity of Mfg. and established a compact & modernized plant at Ahmedabad (Gujarat) in the year - 1989.
In this plant we have developed almost all type of special belts to suite according to the need of practically all type of Industries. From the very inception, our job was never limited to trading activity & we enlarged our responsibility for developing special belts for almost all the industries & we co-ordinate our efforts for efficient & economical package.

Application : Carrying wet or loose, sand, grain material in bugs. The V Shaped chevron cleats prevent or reduce slide back.

Features :
1. Can carry loose materials at angle of 17-18 and bagged material at 30-35.
2. Cleat angle and pitch are designed for smooth travel over return Ilders.
3. Cleats and the top cover rubber are mono block molding for strength.

Cleats

"V-Con" cleats are designed with proper rigidity to preclude excess backward bending due to gravitational force exerted by the material loaded in the cleats. By seeing critical application, we have modified our all type of cleats with Synthetic fabric, reinforcement to avoid tearing due to material gravitational force. Type 'T', 'K' and 'TKS' charts are reinforced with metal fastners through side wall.

Troughing angle impact ldlers generally used for absorbing impact at loading point & protect belt, ldlers are available in two roll type & Three roll type bracket & having troughing angle 20°, 30° & 45°.

Due to eccentric loading, soiling slippege of the material to the drum pulleys and idlers roller may cause the belt to run crooked to prevent the belt from running to the rollers self aligning ldler of various angles & design are available.

Three roll idlers and brackets are used to convey bulk material and the same are available with inclined idlers.

IMPACT / SLIDER BED
Manufactured by means of series of low friction, ultra high molecular weight polyethene base bolted to thick shock absorbing rubber. This two piece construction is bolted to a rugged steel support frame, which exceed all Jagruti idler requirements. The UHMV allows conveyor belt to slide easily with virtually no additional drag.
Placed directly under conveyor belt at high impact loading points the Jagruti Impact/Slider bed absorbs the shock.

The prominent range of "Jagruti" Rubber sheet are pure rubber sheeting, skirt-board, Rubber insert on sheeting, gum sheeting chuteing, hospital sheeting, sponge sheet foam sheet, pulley aging sheet, impression sheet, rubber sed cork sheet, batata sheet.
        Thickness range from 0.5mm to 100mm.
        Width 1220mm (48") in continuous length n smoothly glossy finish both side fabrics impress on finish
        Colour any colour per your specific requirement.
        Insertion sheeting with one or two / multiple plies are also available special purpose rubber sheet available on customize basis.

CARCASS CONSTRUCTION :
        All Synthetic Carcass standard range is available as per table. Customers are advised to provide technical data on installation, application and usage to enable Sempertrans Nirlon Limited, to recommend the most appropriate belting.

COVER GRADES :
        SEMPERTRANS NIRLON LIMITED manufactures abrasion resistant (M - 24, N -17, SAR) Heat resistant (HR TI & T2) and Oil Resistant (OR) grades as per IS-1891. M-24 and N-17 grades also meet abrasion resistant values specified in DIN 22102 for grade M and N respectively. These grades also withstand material temperature upto 65°C.
A)         Superior Heat Resistant Grade (SHR T2) : has been specially developed for conditions involving heat and temperature above a50°c and upto 180°C.
B)         Ultra Heat Resistant Grade (UHR): is suitable for extreme conditions and materials having temperature over 125°C upto 200°C. Both SHR as well as UHR Grades can be used for higher temperatures with necessary precautions.
C)         Oil Resistant Grade (OR): has been specially developed to overcome problems associated with chemical and oil contamination when used for handling fertilizers like DAP, MAP, Urea, or Belts can also withstand material temperature upto 90°C.
D)         Fire Resistant Grade (FR): covers are specially developed to meet flame and antistatic requirements as per US Bureau of Mines (MSHA) and Canadian Bureau of Mines (CAN / CSA M 42w2 - M87). This Grade is specially meant for coal & sulphur conveying on surface installation in fire hazard areas.
E)         Superior Abrasion Resistant Grade (SAR): This Grade is superior to M24 grade in resistant and is suitable for handling materials which do not have tendency to cut and gouge but are highly abrasive like crushed coal iron ore fines bauxite etc.

BREAKER CONSTRUCTION :
        Breakers can be provided in face &/or back cover as well as on edges The minimum cover thickness to include one breakers is 3 mm & for two breakers is 5 mm. Breakers are useful for enhancing impact resistance in aplications where belt is subjected to high impacts.

Belt type - the first set of figures denote the belt strength in K N / M (kilonewtons per metre width). The second part denotes the number of plies for example 630 / 4 denotes belt with 630 K N/mtr strength with a 4 ply construction.
Carcass weights and Thickness are valid for M -24 Grades Belts only for other Grades please to us.
For cover weights 1.1 kg / mm / sq. mtr for M -24 Grade 1.2 kg / mm / sq. mtr for other grades.
